Refund and Return Policy
14-Day Right to Return (No Reason Required)
In accordance with Article 17 of the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to return or exchange any product within 14 days from the date of receipt without giving any reason, provided that:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
- All tags, labels, original invoices, and any complimentary gifts are included.
Please note: Due to health and hygiene standards, items that have been unsealed or used cannot be returned unless they are defective.
30-Day Defective Product Policy
If a product is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match the description on our website, you have the right to request a full refund or replacement within 30 days from the date of receipt. In this scenario, we will fully inspect the product upon arrival.
Shipping Fees on Returns
If the return is due to a change of mind (within the 14-day window), the customer bears the cost of return shipping.
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part (within the 30-day window), we will cover all return shipping costs.
Refunds Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund via your original payment method (Credit card, Digital Wallet, etc.). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, digital wallets, or an online store voucher.

Greater Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria: 2 to 4 business days.
Delta, Canal Governorates, and Upper Egypt: 3 to 6 business days.

Order Tracking & Inspection
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message or call from our shipping partner. In alignment with local distance-selling best practices, you are highly encouraged to inspect the outer packaging upon delivery before signing the courier’s receipt.
