Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver exclusively to Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria. We do not ship to other governorates at this time.

Shipping Timelines
Orders placed within Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria are delivered within 1 to 2 business days through our shipping partner, Bosta.

Real-Time Order Tracking & Live Updates
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS containing your tracking code and a direct live-tracking link. You can easily follow your shipment's journey step-by-step or track it directly through the Bosta app to know exactly when your courier will arrive.

Doorstep Package Inspection
To ensure complete peace of mind, you have the right to open your package and inspect your products in front of the delivery representative before accepting the shipment or releasing payment.

Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are flat-rated or calculated dynamically at checkout based on your specific delivery zone within Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria.

Rescheduling & Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If you need to change your delivery time or address, you can manage and reschedule your delivery directly via the Bosta tracking link or app. If you miss a delivery attempt, the courier will reach out to attempt a re-delivery at a time that suits you best.
